These terms cover your use of the Nuvii Smart Home website, operated by Nuvii, LLC, an independent ADT Authorized Dealer serving the Indianapolis area (Indiana alarm license LAC-000541). By using this site, you agree to them. If you become a customer, your security service is covered by the separate agreements you sign with us and ADT — those control your actual service.
Who you are dealing with
Nuvii Smart Home is an independent ADT Authorized Dealer. We are not ADT LLC. We sell, install, and service the systems; ADT provides the monitoring under its own agreement with you. When you sign up you will have an agreement with us and an agreement with ADT, and they cover different things. Any promise about your equipment, your install, or your price comes from us. Any promise about monitoring service comes from ADT.
Nuvii is licensed in Indiana under alarm license LAC-000541.

No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s error-free or always available.
A security system reduces risk. It does not eliminate it. No alarm system, camera, or monitoring service can prevent a break-in, fire, or loss, and none of them work perfectly every time — power, internet, cellular service, and equipment can all fail. What your system is guaranteed to do, and what happens if it doesn’t, is set out in the agreements you sign with us and with ADT. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome.
Your service agreement comes first
If you sign up, the agreements you sign with Nuvii and ADT — covering your equipment, installation, monitoring, and pricing — are what govern your service. If anything on this site conflicts with those agreements, the signed agreements win.
Text messages
If you tick a consent box on one of our forms, or tell one of our reps you want texts, you are joining one or both of our text programs:
- Follow-up and reminders — appointment confirmations, install-day updates, and replies about your quote.
- Offers and promotions — occasional deals and product news.
Neither is required to buy anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help, or call us at (317) 527-4469. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy — the short version is that we never share it with anyone for their marketing.
Pricing, promotions, and equipment credits
Packages, equipment, promotions, and any equipment credit shown on this site are examples, subject to change, and subject to availability. They generally require a qualifying ADT monitoring agreement, and some require credit approval. Your actual system, price, credit, and monthly rate are set during your free assessment and written into the agreements you sign. If a number on this site ever differs from the agreement in front of you, the agreement is what counts — and ask us about the difference, because we would rather explain it than have you wonder.
Reviews, photos, and examples
Customer comments and project photos on this site are real, shared with permission, and specific to those homes. They are not a promise that your system, price, or experience will be the same.
Referral partner program
If you refer clients to us as a business partner, the signed partner agreement sets your fees and how you get paid. Anything about the program on this site is a summary, and the signed agreement controls.
Using this site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site — for example, by trying to break it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful. The Nuvii name, logo, and content belong to us (and ADT’s marks belong to ADT).
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other sites (like ADT). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuvii isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
If part of this doesn’t hold up
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
